At PedalSphere Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms described below. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • It must be in the same condition received
  • It must be in original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
